Hearteye Village CSA in Lafayette, CO will be offering an affordable workshop on food preservation.
This workshop will cover a variety of food preservation methods. Food dehydration, freezing and canning will be reviewed in relation to their effects on and appropriateness for specific types of garden produce. The format will be lecture and demonstration, with samples for tasting. Yum!
